At Slide Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Slide Jewels packaging and ensure they are securely enclosed in a padded shipping mailer.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
